The Company was first established in Jakarta with the name "PT Djakarta Raya Regional Development Banks" as set forth in the deed of Limited Liability Companies Djakarta Raya Regional Development Bank (PT Bank Regional Development Djakarta Raya) Avg. 30 dated 11 April 1961 made by and before Eliza Pondaag SH, Notary in Jakarta, which has obtained approval from the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in his decision letter No.. The scope of activities of the Bank is to run a general banking activities. On November 30, 1992, the Bank obtained a license to perform the activity as a foreign exchange bank by the Board of Directors of Bank Indonesia No. SK. 25/67/KEP/DIR.
