Posisi Kerja


Quality Assurance Manager (QAM)

Specific requirements:

  1. A minimum of 7 years experience in the banking industry and 3 years of related experience banking regulatory, operational or management audits of performance.


Sales Coordinator (SC) / Sales Manager (SM)

Specific Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years experience (SC) or 5 years (BC) in the field of SME loans or consumer retail banking.

  2. Having the ability to analyze market potential and result oriented

  3. Have the leadership and experience to move high-performance sales team


IT Operations Manager / SIM (ITM)

Specific Requirements:

  1. Minimum 7 years experience in the field of information technology of all types of industries have preferred if the retail industry experience.

  2. Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the field of design and implementation of technology and information systems


Distribution Network Manager (MHD)

Specific Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 7 years experience in the banking industry and 3 years related experience or expansion of banking operations network.

  2. Preferably have a track record of network expansion.


Micro Audit Staff (RI) / Staff Operations Controller (PO)

Specific Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years experience in the banking industry, both in the field of marketing and operational audit or oversight function.


Staff Product Development (PP)

Specific Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years experience in all areas of industry, preferably in the area of ??development.


Relationship / Account Manager (AM)

Specific Requirements:

  1. At least 10 years of experience in banking / financial industry and a minimum of 3 years of dealing with cooperation with third parties.

  2. Having an effective negotiation skills, track record and delivery of good results in the bank / financial institution.

  3. Preferred has a network of business conduct extensive reply.


HR Staff (SS) / Staff Performance Management (MK)

Special Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resource Management.


Staff Planning and Budget (PA)

Special Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years experience in the field of accounting and budget planning.

  2. Staff Policies and Risks Micro (KR)

  3. Minimum 2 years experience in banking risk management.


General Requirements:

  1. Minimal S1 all the majors GPA of 3.00 (1,2,4,5,6,7,8,10); S1 majoring in Engineering, Mathematics, Informatics GPA min. 2.75 (3); S1 Economics / Management Accounting (9)

  2. Preferred if you have managerial experience / supervision (1-4)

  3. WNI, Male / female, at least 30 years (Manager); maximum of 30 years (Staff), unless the Staff Audit maximum 35-year-old.

  4. Detail-oriented, integration tinggidan has extensive knowledge of banking.

  5. Mastering minimal computer MS Word & Excel.

  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and persuasive

  7. Creative, innovative, resourceful, has a high analytical ability and able to cooperate effectively with internal teams and external parties.

  8. Able to work under pressure

  9. Willing to be placed in all branches Bukopin Indonesia
