ECMO (Executive Credit Management Officer) Supervisor
Bandung

Responsibilities:

• Manage high profile customers in relation with credit issue

• Understand customer’s need and provide alternative solution

• Maintain high level customer experience/expectation during interaction and at the same time meet business goal

• Follow up actions to fulfill the customer need and to ensure full closure on customer complain / issue by working with various department in the bank.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in banking and collection function is required for this position

• Has banking knowledge especially Cards & PL products

• Show a straight, professional business-like attitude

• Good communications skill: has the ability to clearly explain and appropriately respond to customer’s need by using a calm manner

• Good analytical skill: able to appropriately prioritize problems, gather and analyze the right information to identify symptoms and causes and to involve the right people to reach better solution

• Good negotiation skill: has the skills to convince customer on the benefit of keeping good credit history with the bank

• Has the ability to adjust to the situation and different kind of customer his dealing with and adapt to meet the circumstances

• Conversant with Bahasa and English
