1. MEGA MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (MMDP)

The program consist of in class training with comprehensive banking curriculum and a practical internship that will provide you with broad knowledge, skill and unparallel experience of banking management.

Applicants must meet the requirements :

  1. Bachelor degree from reputable Universities with 1 year experience or preferably Master degree from International Universities with minimum GPA of 3.25

  2. Single, maximum 28 year of age

  3. Fluent both in oral and written english

  4. Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills

  5. High-Motivated, Proactive, Adaptable, and Open Minded


2. Account Officer Development Program (AODP)

  1. Minimum S1 (All Programs)

  2. Age Maximum 28 years

  3. Minimum GPA 2.75

  4. Willing to be placed as an AO SME in All Branches Mega Bank's work area.

  5. Willing to undergo years of schooling for 2 months and a bond for 2 years, commencing education after graduation


3. BRANCH MANAGER (BM)

  1. Responsible for achieving branch targets as well as quality of service and branch operations

  2. Minimum S1

  3. Age Maximum 40 years

  4. Experience as a Branch Manager / Banking Capem at least 3 years

  5. Having experience in commercial credit into value-added

  6. Willing to be targeted and have an extensive network

  7. Mastering the funding and lending (commercial & consumer)

  8. Willing to be placed diarea Mega Bank's business in Greater Jakarta, Dumai, Batam, Riau Ujungbatu, Duri Pekanbaru, Siantar, Manado, Cikampek, Sibolga


4. Funding MARKETING COORDINATOR (FMC)

  1. Minimum S1

  2. Age Maximum 37 years

  3. Experience as Team Leader Banking marketing at least 3 years

  4. Willing to be targeted and have an extensive network

  5. Mastering the funding

  6. Willing to be placed diarea Mega Bank's business in Greater Jakarta, Dumai, Batam, Riau Ujungbatu, Duri Pekanbaru, Siantar, Manado, Cikampek, Sibolga


5. CREDIT MARKETING COORDINATOR (CMC)

  1. Minimum S1

  2. Age Maximum 37 years

  3. Experience as Team Leader Banking marketing at least 3 years

  4. Willing to be targeted and have an extensive network

  5. Mastering lending (commercial & consumer)

  6. Willing to be placed diarea Mega Bank's business in Greater Jakarta, Dumai, Batam, Riau Ujungbatu, Duri Pekanbaru, Siantar, Manado, Cikampek, Sibolga


6. Deputy Funding MARKETING MANAGER (DMFM)

  1. Minimum S1

  2. Age Maximum 37 years

  3. Experience as Team Leader Banking Funding at least 3 years

  4. Willing to be targeted and have an extensive network

  5. Mastering the funding (retail & corporate)

  6. Willing to be placed diarea Mega Bank's business in Greater Jakarta, Dumai, Batam, Riau Ujungbatu, Duri Pekanbaru, Siantar, Manado, Cikampek, Sibolga


7. Deputy Lending MARKETING MANAGER (DMLM)

  1. Minimum S1

  2. Age Maximum 37 years

  3. Experience as Team Leader Banking Lending in at least 3 years

  4. Willing to be targeted and have an extensive network

  5. Mastering lending (commercial & consumer)

8. APPRAISAL

  1. Minimal S1

  2. Experience in the field of Appraisal min. 1 year

  3. Age max. 32 years.

  4. Have the ability to operate a computer.


9. CREDIT ADMIN

  1. Minimum S1

  2. Minimum 2 years experience in multi finance or banking.

  3. Have the ability to operate a computer.

  4. Age Max. 28 years.


10. CUSTOMER SERVICE (CS)

  1. Minimum D3

  2. Age Maximum 26 years

  3. Attract a disproportionate appearance, have good communication skills


11. Teller (TL)

  1. Minimum D3

  2. Age Maximum 26 years

  3. Attract a disproportionate appearance, have good communication skills


12. BACK OFFICE (BO)

  1. Minimum D3

  2. Age Maximum 26 years

  3. Accounting background preferred and have the spirit to serve a good


13. Funding Officer (FOR)

  1. Minimum D3

  2. Has a wide network & relationship to sell banking products


14. BUSINESS CARD OFFICER (CBO)

  1. Minimum D3

  2. Experience in marketing credit cards

  3. Having a customer base & an extensive relationship


15. Deputy OPERATION (DO)

  1. Minimum S1

  2. Age Maximum 37 years

  3. Experience as an Operations Supervisor at least 3 years banking

  4. Mastering the banking operations and accounting


16. OPERATION COORDINATOR (OC)

  1. Minimum S1

  2. Age Maximum 37 years

  3. Experience as a back office at the bank at least 4 years

  4. Mastering the banking operations and accounting


17. LEGAL OFFICER (LO)

  1. Minimum S1 majoring in Law

  2. Having at least 1 year work experience, particularly in the areas of Legal

  3. Understand the legal aspects of banking business and the problem

  4. Strong interpersonal and good communication


18. STAFF CORPORATE BUSINESS (CB)

  1. Minimum S1

  2. Experience in the field of corporate loans in the banking min. 2 years

  3. Have good analytical abilities of the industry & business

  4. Having a strong financial analysis skills and can make decisions

  5. Have extensive knowledge & network


19. COMMERCIAL BUSINESS STAFF (CM)

  1. Minimum S1
