Senior Sustainable Manufacturing Performance (SMP) Specialist for Nike Inc. Affiliates

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business, Industrial Engineering or related fields from an accredited University CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professionals) qualification is preferred


2. Experience in developing HRM program


3. Good labor & legal law / regulation knowledge and implementation (local labor law, factory / business permit, expatriate law, etc).


4. Able to develop training and coaching programs i.e. class training, workshop, discussion, etc.


5. Good communication, consultation and reporting skills


6. Able to conduct field/factory compliance audit.


7. Understand lean manufacturing concept and manufacturing operation is preferred


8. Minimum of 5 years of footwear/apparel industry experience is preferred


9. Excellent English, oral and written communication skills as well as competence in using computer programs

China Test Engineer

Requirements:

1. Bachelor and/or Master Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Materials or Bio Mechanical Engineering.


2. 2-3 years experience in laboratory test procedures, data collection, data analysis, and/or product development required. Experience in sports equipment testing or product development (particularly footwear) is strongly desired.


3. Excellent English and computer literacy area essential.


4. Organization and planning skills, ability to do multiple tasks.


5. Ability to work with and collaborate with other functions across countries, vendors and factory groups.
