PAINT AREA MANAGER (PAM-K)

Reporting to Manufacturing Director, this challenging position will be responsible for managing paint Department in sprite of production and maintenance shifts.

Responsibilities and Requirements (PAM-K):

  1. Responsible for overall planning and direction of all area operations and related support activities in accordance with local, divisional, and corporate goals, onjectives, and policies

  2. Ultimately responsible and accountable for area safety, quality, throughtput, and cost

  3. Establishes and shares the vision for the area

  4. Leads the understanding and implementationof paint related Quality network Initiatives

  5. Optimizes all resources by utilizing statistical methods and data to produce best-in –class quality product (includes Voice of Customer and Process)

  6. Provides input to the esthablisment of plant budget and meets area cost abjectives

  7. Serve as the paint expert for all technical matter

  8. Interface/coordinate all paint activities with other functional

  9. Bachelor degree in chemistry or Chemical Engineerng from reputable University

  10. Has experience in Automotive industry mainly in Paint Area for at least 10 years experience with 6 years experience in Managerial Level

  11. An excellent understanding of vehicle painting process and productions process

  12. Preferably Male with maximum age of 45 years old


INDUSTRIAL RELATION MANAGER (IRM-K)

Reporting to HR Director, this challenging position will be responsible for ensuring that industrial relation run in accordance with the laws and norms. And also operation are carried out in healthy, save and environmentally safe manner.

Responsibilities and Requirements (IRM-K):

  1. Responsible for all industtrial relation matter, health and safety

  2. Develop and Maintenance harmonious relationship to employees, union, tripartite and related governance institutions

  3. Regularly industrial relation reporting & presenting

  4. Demonstrating commitment to HSE throught leadership and participation in HSE initiatives

  5. Organize health & safety information, guide, warning, instruction inside the plant for employees to see GM policies & procedure

  6. Co-work with Manufacturing Engineers and Worldwide Facilities Group to improve facility conditions for health/ safety of employees and product

  7. To carry out communication in K3L program at working place

  8. To prepare, implementation and contrilling all documents are certified comply with K3L and Indonesian regulations

  9. To ensure that implementation of K3L in according to all indonesian rules and regulations

  10. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Law or Psychology or Administration

  11. Minimum 5 years of similiar experience in automotive manufacturing environment preferably

  12. Having a good relationship with related governance institutions

  13. Has strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law and Industrial Relation functions, other human resources area are advantages

  14. Has experience in dealling with union would be an advantage

  15. Has formal training in HSE would be an advantage


TRAINING SPECIALIST (TS-K)

Reporting to IR Manager, this challenging position will be responsible for providing high potential training solutions that is approriate with aorganization needs

Responsibilities and Requirements (TS-K):

  1. Responsible to identify training and development needs within an organization trought job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation wiyh business managers and human resources departments

  2. Design taining curriculum and programs to address organization needs and employees growth based on competencies

  3. Developing effective induction program

  4. Monitor and evaluate for effectiveness of all training activities

  5. Manage and organizeall resources (budget, people, tools/equipments) to support training & development program to maximize result

  6. Ensure that annual training program is implemented

  7. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psycology, Human Resources Management or equivalent

  8. Has minimum 3 years as Training Officer/ Training Specialist (in automotive company will be advantage)

  9. Has experience in developing annual training program, arrange the training needs analysis, deliver training and measure the effectiveness of training

  10. Have good understanding of Human Resources competencies and focus to HR aspect


HSE SUPERVISOR (HSES-K)

Reporting to IR Manager, this challenging position will be responsible to ensure that operations are carried out in healthy, safe and environmentally safe manner

Responsibilities and Requirements (HSE-K):

  1. Organized health & safety initiatives in plant (Bekasi)

  2. Post & roll out health/safety/environment information, guide, warning, instructions inside the plant for employees to see general motor policies & procedures

  3. Provide procedures and standart policies for HSE

  4. To ensure all staff are appropriately trained to meet Broad HSE standart and procedure

  5. Co-work with Manufacturing Engineering and World Wide Facilities Group to improve facility conditions for HSE of employees and product

  6. To prepare, implement and control all documents that are certified comply with K3L and Indonesian regulations

  7. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferable Environmental Engineering) or equivalent

  8. Has certified HSE Specialist is mandatory

  9. Proven capability and experience of more than 3 years in managing health, safety and environment in Manufacturing


REGIONAL OPERATION MANAGER (ROM-K)

Reporting to Sales Director, this challenging position will be responsible for sales volume target, ensure sales revenue growth and exceed profit objectives. Develop dealer network and support dealer as a strategy to increase sales volume. Manage and control budget allocation as sales allowance. Has experience in coaching and training skill would be an advantage.

Requirements (ROM-K):

  1. Bachelor degree in all discipline with at least 5 years experience in sales automotive

  2. Willing to travel for field sales activities within country

  3. Has good market knowledge


General requirements for all positions:

  1. Fluent in both spoken and written English would be an advantage

  2. Proficiency using computerized Appliances

  3. Demonstrate strong negotiation, influence, good interpersonal, communication skill, independent and able to work under presure
